Request for transfer from a Higher Education Institution

Date of submission

-            for the autumn semester:      20 August

-            for the spring semester:        20 January

A transfer may only be requested to a degree course in the same field of study (Act CCIV of 2011, § 42 (1) b)) as the course in which the applicant is actually studying at the time of application. The rules on the form of funding for the transfer are set out in Section 64(8) of UoS Code of Conduct.

APPLICATION FOR A VISITING STUDENT STATUS FOR A STUDENT FROM ANOTHER INSTITUTION

Submission date

-            for the autumn semester:      15 May.

-            for the spring semester:        15 December.

The student must pay 4000 HUF per credit for the courses taken.

Mandatory annexes:

-            proof of valid and active student status,

-            a copy of both sides of the student ID card,

-            the authorization issued by the higher education institution responsible for the student's place of residence to establish the visiting student status.

A certified copy of the syllabus will be issued for a fee of HUF 500 per copy

REQUEST FOR A CERTIFICATE OF PREVIOUS STUDENT STATUS

The certificate of previous student status will be issued for a service fee of HUF 3,000

APPLICATION FOR A DUPLICATE OF THE DIPLOMA/DIPLOMA SUPPLEMENT

The duplicate of the diploma will be issued for a service fee of HUF 20,000 and the duplicate of the diploma supplement for a service fee of HUF 20,000.
