Application for a visiting student status for a student from another institution

 

Submission date

  • for the autumn semester: 15 May.
  • for the spring semester: 15 December.

 

Conditions for the application to become a visiting student:

  • filling in the application form accurately and completely,
  • sending proof of payment.

The application for the visiting student status can be submitted together with the payment of a service fee of HUF 3,000 to the following account number and reference filled in the Message section.

Message section: ETK-VENDÉG-name of the applicant

 

Mandatory annexes:

  • proof of valid and active student status,
  • a copy of both sides of the student ID card,
  • the authorization issued by the higher education institution responsible for the student's place of residence to establish the visiting student status.

 

The student must pay 4000 HUF per credit for the courses taken.
